We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee and fair refund policy. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided and the process for requesting them.
We guarantee your satisfaction with our services. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our work, we will:
- • Return to correct any issues at no additional charge
- • Provide a partial or full refund if the issue cannot be resolved
- • Work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution
Important: Satisfaction issues must be reported within 7 days of service completion.
Full Refund Conditions
- • Service was not performed as agreed
- • Significant damage caused by our negligence
- • Service cancelled by us due to weather or other factors
- • Duplicate payment or billing error
- • Service cannot be completed due to our inability
Partial Refund Conditions
- • Service partially completed due to unforeseen circumstances
- • Quality issues that cannot be fully corrected
- • Service interrupted by client request
- • Agreed scope reduction during service
No Refund Conditions
- • Service completed as agreed and to professional standards
- • Client dissatisfaction with aesthetic preferences
- • Damage caused by factors beyond our control (weather, pests, disease)
- • Client cancellation after service commencement
- • Refund request made more than 30 days after service
- • Issues caused by client's failure to follow care instructions
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 7 days of service completion
- Provide detailed description of the issue
- Include photos or documentation if applicable
- Allow us opportunity to inspect and correct the issue
- Submit formal refund request if issue cannot be resolved
Processing Timeline
- • Initial response: Within 24 hours
- • Investigation and assessment: 3-5 business days
- • Refund decision: Within 7 business days
- • Refund processing: 5-10 business days after approval
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction:
- • Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
- • Cash Payments: Cash refund or bank transfer
- • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days (if applicable)
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. We will provide confirmation once the refund has been processed from our end.
For ongoing maintenance contracts and recurring services:
- • Refunds apply only to unperformed services
- • Prepaid services can be refunded with 14 days notice
- • Contract cancellation refunds are prorated
- • Seasonal adjustments may affect refund calculations
