Service Areas
We primarily service the Brisbane suburbs of Balmoral, Bulimba, and Hawthorne (QLD 4171). Other areas may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- • All services must be booked in advance through our official channels
- • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions
- • Minimum 24 hours notice required for cancellations
- • Regular maintenance schedules are subject to seasonal adjustments
- • Access to property must be provided on scheduled service dates
- • Payment is due within 14 days of service completion
- • We accept cash, bank transfer, and approved payment methods
- • Late payment fees may apply after 30 days overdue
- • Prices include GST where applicable
- • Additional charges may apply for extra services or difficult access
- • Recurring service payments are due in advance
- • We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance
- • Our liability is limited to the value of services provided
- • We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage
- • Clients must disclose any known hazards or special requirements
- • We are not liable for damage caused by severe weather conditions
- • Claims must be reported within 7 days of service completion
- • Provide safe and reasonable access to work areas
- • Secure pets and remove obstacles before service
- • Inform us of any underground utilities or irrigation systems
- • Provide accurate contact information and property details
- • Report any concerns or issues promptly
- • Comply with payment terms and conditions
- • We guarantee workmanship for 7 days after service completion
- • Plant warranties are subject to proper care and weather conditions
- • We do not guarantee results affected by factors beyond our control
- • Satisfaction guarantee applies to service quality, not aesthetic preferences
- • Warranty claims must be made in writing within the specified period
